Q. How does the mortgage loan process work?

A. Basically, there are 5 steps to obtaining a mortgage loan:

Step 2: We will take about an hour and review your loan application and then contact you to either request more information or to inform you that your loan has been submitted.

Step 3: Approval Process : Our underwriters will ask to verify the information that you submitted on your application and we will then request that information from you. Our loan approval process typically takes only 24 hours (business days.)

Step 4: We will submit requested materials to the underwriter and order an appraisal from a third party. The appraiser will contact you and set a date and time.

Step 5: Close: We will prepare the loan documents and get them to you ASAP for a simple closing process. Your funds (if applicable) will be overnighted to you or directly wired into your bank account.
